If anyone has any advice or friendliness for a person who is finally translating a lifelong appreciation of cinema into some actual pieces of film, feel free.

Also, I'm looking for any experience...I've filmed and editted (Adobe Premiere) before, and have some writing experience. I've never held a boom mike, but I'm looking forward to it.
